The Unicorn Suite Martini
SERVES ONE
3 oz vodka
1-½ oz fresh lemon juice
1-½ oz (or to taste) *rosemary simple syrup
Add ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake well then pour into a martini glass. Garnish with a thin lemon wedge & rosemary sprig.
*Rosemary Simple Syrup*
½ cup sugar
½ cup water
1 sprig of rosemary
Combine sugar and water in a saucepan then bring to a boil while stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove pan from heat, add rosemary, and then let steep for at least an hour or until desired rosemary infusion.
